The long-awaited annual event, WHAT WE WANT CAMP 2024, is fast approaching!
Thanks to everyone, the campsite tickets have sold out. (*There are no same-day tickets.)
All of our staff are looking forward to meeting you all again and sharing smiles with you all at WHAT WE WANT CAMP 2024!!!

Date: June 22-23, 2024
Time: Check-in on the 22nd [9:00~] Check-out on the 23rd [13:00]
Merchandise sales will be held on the 22nd from 13:00 to 16:00 (excluding some food and drink sales)
Venue: Higashikagura Forest Park Auto Campsite, Flore

[Notes]
・Please note that a camp site ticket (5,500 yen) is required to enter the WHAT WE WANT CAMP 2024 event venue. (This is a closed event with the main focus on camp interaction (some merchandise sales will be available), so there will be no general admission tickets for sale, such as same-day tickets. Also, please refrain from entering if you are using a nearby campsite.)
-One tent (one group) per ticket.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff during the event to prevent accidents and confusion. If you do not follow the instructions and precautions of the staff, you may be denied entry or the event may be canceled.
The campsite will be open for two days and one night from Saturday, June 22, 2023, 9:00am (check-in) to Sunday, June 23, 2023, 1:00pm (check-out).
*Please note that you will not be able to use the campsite the day before or check-in early.
*Please refrain from waiting in your car in front of the entrance from the day before. (Please do not block the entrance as staff will be coming and going by car early in the morning.)
- Tent site locations will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis based on check-in on the 22nd.
-Your event ticket will be checked upon entry, so please do not forget to bring it with you.
・If you are participating in an event as a group, please check in together.
・If you are arriving late and do not have a campsite ticket, please contact the ticket holder in advance so that they can come to the entrance and enter together.
(※ If we are unable to confirm your identity, you may be denied entry.)
・With some exceptions, the site will be an auto site, but we may ask you to move your car when it is crowded.
- Please note that tents may be close to each other when it is crowded.
・Can also be used in a campervan.
・There are power and water facilities, but they are all shared, so please share their use.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff and check in at the campsite entrance reception.
・No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.
*If it is deemed inappropriate to hold the event due to natural disasters or other force majeure, the event may be changed or canceled.
*The organizers will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a result of this, and fees will not be refunded.
*We are not responsible for any expenses or losses, such as transportation or accommodation costs, in the event of cancellation or postponement.
・When using a tarp, please check with your neighbors and use it in a way that does not cause any inconvenience to them.
・Reservations and use of camping facilities by individuals under the age of 18 is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed inside the venue.
・During the event, there will likely be a lot of visitors, including children, within the venue. Please refrain from driving your car in or out to go shopping or take a bath after checking in.
・Please note that the organizers will not take any responsibility for theft, accidents, injuries, or troubles between customers at the campsite or event venue. Please keep your valuables in good care at all times.
